PIBM Skills is an initiative under PIBM Group of Institutes where we focus on delivering short term/vocational job oriented skill development training. We provide industry aligned Post Graduate Certificate Programs in collaboration with world class faculty members and industry experts. With the new-world skill requirements and backed by our strong industry tie-ups, PIBM Skills is a one-stop platform for short-term certification skill development programs.
Our programs include unique new-age industry relevant courses ranging from 1 month to 11 months of duration. PIBM Skills imparts the skills and knowledge using the blended learning approach which includes case studies, group projects, assignments & presentations, interaction with domain experts, and real life simulations.
Our training mode includes pre-recorded sessions, interactive doubt clearing Live sessions that prepares the students for their aspired careers in the industry. Approved by NSDC, all students who undergo training and clear the assessments under PIBM Skills receive a joint certificate from PIBM Skills and NSDC which certifies their credibility in their chosen program.

National Skill Development Corporation India (NSDC), established in 2009, is a not-for-profit company set up by the ministry of finance, under section 25 of the companies Act, 1956 corresponding to section 8 of the companies Act, 2013. NSDC aims to promote skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality and not-for-profit vocational institutions. Further, the organization provides funding to build scalable and profitable vocational training initiatives. Its mandate is also to enable a support system which focuses on quality assurance, information system and train the trainer academies either directly or through partnerships. NSDC acts as a catalyst in skill development by providing funding to enterprise, companies and organizations that provide skill training.

But how do they enroll for PIBM Skills?
Through the process of admission.
1. Fills up Admission form with details
2. Clears the Written Assessment
3. Clears the Personal Interiew
4. Pay's the Initial Admission fees.
How do they pay for it?
Through a loan, which PIBM Skills can help provide.
Once the students pay the Admission fees, they can pay the remaining amount to the Institution or opt for a loan.
1. The loan is provided by a Third Party.
2. The loan is given for the remaining amount of the fees and directly dispersed to the Institution.
3. These loans are Interest free loans for the Students.
Placement
They get a JOB in a Reputed Company.
Post-assessment after the completion of the course, the students will be eligible for the placements. Our Placement Team will share the Job Description (JD), schedule Selection Process consisting of Interview and Group Discussion (GD) (depending on the company’s requirements). Students will be going through practice interviews and GDs prior to the Interviews.
